At this rate. My blood pressure will kill me. Am I afraid of not waking up one day?
I remember when I was stuck under the raft being pulled down into the whirlpool and I realized that I may actually die from drowning. Then a strange feeling overcame me and calmed me down. I took one last breath and said to myself, "I am ready to die, God." I was willing to accept the fact that I would die in that whirlpool in Africa. Everything felt as if it the weight of the world was lifted from my shoulders and there was nothing but peace. I went under with the whirlpool as it sucked me down into the darkness and I could only see myself being tossed and turned in the rapids. Then it was silence and everything seemed still as if nothing was moving. I felt like I was floating in space and I could see the depth of darkness as I was rotating and then I saw the light at the surface. I heard a voice inside of me say that if I wanted to survive that I would need to swim to the surface. Then the rest is history as I am now typing this blog here tonight.
Was I scared when I was stuck under the raft? I was for a moment, but everything was surreal once I realized I was powerless and could only put my hopes in a higher power if one or any existed. From time to time I get these thoughts in my head that maybe it was meant to be for me to die that day or even the episode I had when I ended up in ER Surgery. That maybe the life of Frankie was shorten because he was doing what believed in which was to protect the kingdom and that kingdom is the family.

Hiatus
Currently trying to keep up with all the social media that is out there is really putting a burden on the quality of my blog. Like all tv series that go into hiatus it is an organization reshuffle. It's not cancelled it's just needs some new life to make it relevant again. Stay tuned for the continuation of the blog series when more thought has been put into it. Thank you.

Episode 306: Buddha watches over us
This is the Giant Buddha on Lantau Island in Hong Kong. It watches over all of us. I did a HDR photo edit to give it that surrealism look it deserves. Let it remind you of peace and harmony in your life today.

Episode 302: Apple TV
I recently purchased the new generation Apple TV with Remote from Best Buy on Oahu for the office in Kauai. I have to admit that I do like the simplicity of operating it but it does still feel limited to what it can do.
I connected this little bugger to the 50" TV and while I'm working on my reports I can turn this gizmo on and stream from the internet JPOP radio 24/7. On top of the ability to listen to streaming radio, I can also catch up on the news with the WSJ widget that is preinstalled. I like the WSJ because it does have Asian business news which is my primary interest regarding business.
The screen saver function that is built in this device is a neat thing to have because I don't want to burn any images into this TV and the images it has for the slides are really beautiful and professionally taken. For example there is an option to select the National Geographic pictures for the screen saver. You will feel like you are there watching the high res pictures appear on your HDTV.
For any of my Duck peeps out there, I do give this 7.5 Duck Bills out of 10. Until my next experiment Duckers, keep on Quacking and Ducking out there.

Episode 301: The Great Happiness Space
I recently watched this documentary on male hostess life on Netflix. Granted I've been to buy me drink bars in Hawaii so this was a chance to see how the guys do it. I have to admit they make fricken choke money too. Some of the guys were explaining that they were taking in about 10K per month but at the sacrifice of their health. They are constantly smoking, drinking, and pushing their livers to the limit.
When you are young this looks all fun and games, but after awhile you have to seriously look at yourself and ask is this worth it? Your body starts to break down and you are no longer the young person you once were and then all of a sudden your clients start to leave for younger guys and then you are broke.
If you have two hours to spare and want to know what it is like on the other side, then I suggest you stream this video on Netflix and see for yourself.
Episode Re-Write Announcement
I have two blogs running at the same time and I haven't been able to keep up with both of them. I think I will split the two into different categories.
oregonduc.xanga.com will be for Confusionism Quotes and random entries.
Ducumentary.blogspot.com will continue on with Episode 301 Season 3.
Or I may just randomly post things on any of those two sites lol.

Episode 209: Remember this WWE moment?
Remember this moment? The most important lesson learned from this clip is that to leave the stunts to the professionals. This seriously must be fricken painful and also life ending stunt too.
Episode 208: Duc vs The Damaged Knee
I finally got my MRI done today. Hopefully they can figure out if I tore a ligament or not. Having blood swell up in the knee isn't a good sign. Restricted movement and the pain constantly being a nuisance. Plus I have to return to work now. It was nice seeing you Oahu. Adios.
